The thing that makes it so special is the unique architecture. You will instantly fall in love with the small white houses with black roofs, romantic restaurants decorated with colorful blooms, and luxury villas with infinity pools. There is always something going on in Santorini. Even if you don’t have a whole week to spare, you can still make it work. First of all, you will be amazed by the architecture. The Duomo is one of the most beautiful cathedrals in the world. Everywhere you turn, you’ll be surrounded by gorgeous buildings, great restaurants and a lot of luxury stores. Another thing you have to know is that Switzerland’s magical place Lugano is a short train ride away from Milan. While you’re there you can also visit Como with its beautiful lake and sights.
