Let’s get it out of the way, Sleeping with Technology is bad for your health.
We all do it, yours truly included. We get ready for bed, we walk get to our nightstand plug our phone in right next to our head. Sometimes we don’t even make it to the charger, we just lay it the phone under our pillow or right next to us. Can’t sleep so we check our phones, get blasted by the brightness light, go on FB, Instagram, Snapchat. You aren’t checking your work email, stop lying.
